Question for Paper Mario 2

I'm in chapter 2 and I got the elder puny and the 101 punies from the blue and red cage.....

I got them when the X-nauts trapped them in that trick thingee...and now I don't know how to get them across the water.

HELP !!!!

Frist jump to the other side then use the orb that you get and place it in that thing, all the punies should be on the edge.

Then jump back use Flurrie's wind power to plow them in the water then when they come up in bubbles blow them ok.....
