I know this sounds stupid but I need the tube to twilight town to stop rejecting me

Go talk to frankley, and go to the house to the left of his, and go to the wall to the left of that house, this will sound dumb, and walk into the middle of the wall, and go into the alley, find the guy who is Darkley, he aint the bandit, but the bandit id Larson, the guy you have to find and catch for someone's trouble, dont talk to him, talk to the other dude, and then try to go down the tube, it will work, trust me, it is dumb what is gonna happen when you talk to him

Go find darkly in eastern rougeport walk next to the shine sprite place and walk in to the middle of the wall you will see it has a left and right option (they both go the same way) choose one carry on going round the courner and he will be there hope I helped :-)

You need to go and talk to Darkly. He is located behind Frankly's house. There is a wall on the right hand side of Frankly's house. Go forward and then left or right and there will be a bandit there. Keep going and there will be Darkly, you need to talk to him. Hope this helps.
