Use Bombbarry against the Magnus 2.0 with his ultra attack and the power smash badge for mario. Also when it shoots its fists out use the art attack. Also be really good with the action command.

I'm sorry but you just beat him theres no special way and it is pretty easy to beat him.

When he shoots his rocket fists out use Vivians fiery jinx (super rank) or Yoshis trample (ultra rank).

When he uses the big fists, use Earth Tremor.
