I am at 98% in the game and I am stuck I have a 10 star car I did every thing

How do you beat the game and how do you find caleb because I havent raced him yet

Well then that's how you complete the game 100. Beat Caleb. First of all, lose your fourth conmtract, then there will be only one race on your map. That is Caleb's circuit race, and don't worry he's easy to beat.
