No but there are certain cheats that could help you win the game in the cheats section and there are also action replay codes which work with the action replay device. You could get one at walmart target and bestbuy. Bestbuy usually has the most. The price ranges from 30-40 dollars depending on what version you get.
No and superkid916 you can't get wide body kits on SUVs. I have no idea why.
