The first player can select any car from the profile you have so you can press l and are to scroll through career cars stock cars and the ones you made. When the second player chooses you have to press x to load the profile. When it comes to the place called load profile press a on your profile and say yes to the warning about losing data. Don't worry I did this for a long time now and it worked all the time. Then the second player has access to all the cars.
