Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

Okay I haven't beat all the races yet and still haven't gotten on all the magizines. I got the sms message saying whoo hoo you beat the game. Then I didn't know what to do, so I challenged people to outruns.

Then I went to the world map and did some of the events that I didn't complete.

Then after I finished one of the races without using restart and going to back to explore mode I got a sms message saying Rachel wanted her car back and told me to go to the car lot ASAP. I went to the garage to switch my car and went to the car lot.

Nothing happened. I traded my Toyota Celica for one of the cars before the Lancer. Still nothing happened. I don't know what to do now and would appreciate it if you could answer my question.You can become a member by going to "create an account."

PS: I was using an action replay v1.14 and activated the following codes. (m), Infinite money, Infinite Nitrous, All items, and all hydraulics.

I have the exact same problem but I didn't use any cheats. I get to 68% game status and beat kaleb at the end in a circuit race and it tells me that I have completed the game and that I have unlocked all the performance and body parts. I go to quick race and I haven't got the stuff. Sorry I wasn't much help
