Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I have completed all the stages and races,my car is 10 star rating and I'm only 60% through the game,why am I only 60% through ? And how do you get to 100% ?
Please help

Stage 1 is city core
Stage 2 is beacon hill
Stage 3 is jackson heights
Stage 4 is coal harbor east
Stage 5 is coal harbour west

Go to your world map in your garage and complete all the events you have not completed. These are hidden races. Also get on some magazine covers.

but, where's is d world map? I can't find it anywhere? i'm using pc....
