Im stuck on stage 4 coal harbor east and have a 3 star visual rating with no moneyleft and just got on the first dvd cover from this stage Please Help!!!

Depending on which car you have you're car has to have 5 point star rating and a 6 point star rating what ever cars you have pick a car that has the best ratings when you customize with the parts you have
