You can go look at the AR cheat code section but i'm sure there's the code for infinite money....i may be wrong though

Cyber John has answered your first question so I'll answer your second.

Basically the choice is up to you. If you like Tuners though I'd advise the Evo or the Imprezza, Muscles the Corvette or Exotics I'd seriously advise Either the Murcielago or if you don't have that the Maclaren Mercedes.

Pretty much there are no AR code for the gamecube version i've looked myself on this site and codejunkies.com the AR website and other game websites there only codes for Xbox 360 PS2 Wii versions but who knows when the ppl at AR will make them... Oh and the car to use to be daruis at the end use poeshe carrera gt it has a quicker turn response time then both the murcielago and mclaren
