Can anybody tell me how to alley oop off the shot clocks, the big squares on the sides, throw it over your head, threw your legs, around your side.

Well, Let me tell you all the ones I know. To hit it of the so called "square" hold the control pad left, and then hold c-stick left (you can also do it vice-versa). Well, I can't think of anything else but try combinations with the control pad and C stick.
