Well, there is only one 540 dunk and one 720 dunk. I will tell you how to do them.

To do the 540 press y, spin your control stick around 1 and a half times, then press L and B at the same time. Hold this dunk untill he spins roughly a 180 then he should do a 360 statue of liberty then finish backwards. To do the 720 First hold R (hold R for the whole trick) then press y, then spin your control stick around twice, then finish with y. You have to hold this dunk for the same amount of time as the 540.

Note: These dunks are an automatic 50. I have also tested these dunks, so they do work. They will only not work if you do them wrong.
