In Dynasty Mode what does cap room mean? I'm trying to trade but I get rejected because I have no cap room and suggests I should make room. But how?

Cap stands for capacity so the team only gives you so much room to work with.
You should try to trade your worst players for the rookies to make more cap room
Release players but you should wait for another team to sign them. When you trade players, make sure their total salary is approximately equal. Press circle to view their salary or your cap room when trading.
