Hey guys, I have a question on career mode. If you overhaul an engine or chassis, what happens to them when there done?

They upgrade your teams status, when signing new members to the team. Of course after releasing the older one's. The newer one's will have much higher ratings depending your Research and Development status into the game. The racer with the best crew usually can dominate this video game.
