A title screen is a screen with the title on it to introduce your game. In this case, the title screen is the screen that says "NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona." It should also have a "Press Start" on it.

On most games it is on the screen that says press start

I'm sure this question has been submitted before, but like the other answer I have posted. Load the game up and at a menu will be a function saying press start, doing that will take you to the main menu or the start menu as some call it.
