Ok well I have all the main characters but non eof the good ones like sharingan kakashi and sasuke and kyuubi naruto people like that, so I don't know how to get more people, I've done up to 29 story and stuff and I know I have to get orochimaru t continue I just don't know how to get more people.

You have to buy more characters to get more characters. And if you have, try buying a few other things first.

Buy and unlock the characters, and somehow it will have the final story (the 30th). You just need a lot of money.
You have to buy stuff from the shop, the more you buy, the more you unlock. You probably need more stuff to buy like characters, stages, and stories.
To get the 30th Story Mode, you need to unlock Sharingan Sasuke.
To get the 30th story buy orochimaru to get es sasuke get every other character and beat every story
