Ok heres the deal I know that sharingan sasuke costs 100,000$ I have enough I have 164,000$ but in the shop anko says " unfortanatly I have no goods prepared try coming back a little later" it has been 3 days and sharingan sauske still isnt there yet and I unlocked everybody except him I need help plz

You need to buy all of the stoyies in story mode (30 of 'em) after you beat Kakashi with Sasuke, you will be able to buy him!

All you got to do is beat adventure thirty, by buying that, then you can buy Sasuke. I had the same problem.

You need to get and beat all of the unlockable story parts. Then, buy shraringan sasuke at the shop.(Note: Sahringan Sasuke can't use the sharingan, but he gets two specials)
