Can you Sharingan others' specials with Sharingan Sasuke? I have him and I've been using the back A counter trying to Sharingan the specials just like with Kakashi. I have a full special bar and everything but for some reason I can't copy their moves.

The other guys wrong, you can't use sharingan with sharingan sasuke like you can with Kakashi. Back A with Sharingan Sasuke is just when the opponent attacks you when your in the stance, you poof behind tem.
