How do you get Curse-Mark Sasuke

My friend got cms before Christmas but he wont tell me how he did it. Does anyone know?

Get Sharingan Sasuke from Story mode scenarios.

You get Sharingan Sasuke from completing one of the Secret Story Mode Missions after completing Mission 20.
You also need to unlock all the other characters before Sharingan Sasuke, which are in no order:
Iruka Umino
Orochimaru
Zabuza
Haku
Kakashi with Sharingan
Mizuki
Nine taled naruto
Akamaru
Might Guy

Get lots of money for buying all of these secret characters.

You can't get Cursed Seal Sasuke. Only Sharingan Sasuke is obtainalbe through $100,000 in shop mode.

Umm... I heard that you can get him by getting a million coins, or by getting head ninja in time attack, oboro, and survival modes.

I heard you have to get 1,000,000 coins and then get every other thing from the shop
