Sharningan Kakashi's difference is that if your about to be attacked and you press back and A at the same time you zip behind them. Also, if you press back and A when the opponent uses their special, you use your Sharningan Eye and use their special aginst them.

he can use makano shairinggon if you push back a and super attack at the same time then he turns into onbu kakasha but it might just be a glich
