The Spider Ball's in the Sanctuary Fortress - according to your last Question, you don't have the Grapple Beam yet, so get that first (Answered in your last Question), then find the remaining Dark Torvus Keys, beat the Torvus Bog Boss for the Dark Visor and then you'll be ready to go to the Sanctuary Fortress!
