Question for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

Please!!! I need help killing the final monster before the ending--Mutated Emperor Ing. I have battled this game for what seems like forever and would like to see the ending sequence. If you know some good hints not found in many walkthroughs, please help me.

You mean Emperor Ing's Final Form (#3) right???
Well, there isn't much I can tell you that 5 Walkthrus haven't already said...
Use missiles on his 'heart' and stay as far away from him as you can. Once his heart goes purple or white, use the Annihilator Beam to fire a Sonic Boom at him - get right up in his face and fire the shot when he opens his mouth to make sure that you don't miss...
That's all I have to offer - oh, yeah - and KEEP TRYING!!!

I've been trying lately to conserve white energy by trying seekers on the first MEI. Limited success so far. But I keep running out if I use too much white on version 1 so I have too little left for version 3.

No problem mkirkc, anytime! But once you beat the Emperor Ing, you won't be completely done yet - the countdown will begin (I think you're forgetting another adversary in this game - the FINAL showdown is still ahead of you). Once you beat him, then you'll see the Ending (which is awesome - definitely worth it)!!!
