It is me again. I can not get the screw attack power up in sanctuary fortress. I do not know how to get past the room called Watch Station Acces.

I'm not sure what room you're in or how you're stuck - but what I'll tell you is how to go about getting to the Vault...
From the Watch Station - go to through the Portal to the Ing Hive and the Aerial Training Site - then go through the door to your right to the Judgment Drop...
Take out all of the Dark Preeds - wait for their gasses to go away and then Grapple your way across this room...
At the other end - hop down to the left and over to the ledge - then go through the Portal back to the Sanctuary Fortress and the Grand Abyss...
Now hop up the platforms and go through the door to the Vault...
In here - I'll let you figure out on your own how to get the Screw Attack itself...
