I�m new to this game.
The only reason I�m as far as I am is because I had a friend help me get this far.
I just got the wave beam.
Where do I find super missiles? Please help.

Super missle is at the top of the holo-planetarium. In Phendrana drifts

To get the Super Missiles, find to the Observatory - use your Map (Z button) and follow along...
Go back to the Ruined Courtyard, find the Purple Door and go through it using your new Wave Beam; now you'll be in the Specimen Storage, the next room'll be the Research Entrance, get your Map to the right, then go to the Hydra Lab Entrance, get through the room to be in the Research Hydra Lab, once you get to the next room, you'll be in the Observatory Access and following that is the Observatory!
Your sweet Power Beam Upgrade is at the top of the room, once you grab it - Save in the room nearby!
