I need to know how to use the phazon beam with the action replay. I know that you use on the last boss in the phazon pools but when I use the action replay it just shows up on my arm cannon screen and I can't use it.

Well if you're so desparite then ill tell you. The Phazon Suit and beam are only useable against the real metroid prime. You should see some phazon puddle go into them to activate them you will not find this phazon again in the game so enjoy it while it lasts
The Phazon Beam is automatic. Make sure your weapon is set to standard chrage beam, step into a phazon pool left by Metroid Prime, charge the beam cannon and then FIRE! It ONLY works during the last battle.
