I can't find the box for meryls codec please help

Press and hold Start and pres 'A' then scan for frequency 140.15.

How did u know the frequency where did u find it

by the "box" he actually means the box the game came in if you look on the back theres a picture of snake and meryl on the codec with her frequency visible
