Question for Mega Man X: Command Mission

I've beaten the game so i'm trying to beat Onetail but he is too hard.My characters are about LV. 36 or 37. So any suggestions to beat him?

My tips would be to train them to lv 50. Then when you are facing him, just hit with your strongest move then let Cinnamon take care of the rest,(What I mean is equip Supra-force metal on cinnamon and the rest wiil work itself out.) If you need more help just tell me. I am a big Megaman Fan, so I know mostly everything about this game and other Meagaman games.
