There isnt a code. But a way to have every character is to play 1P vs 2P in VS Mode. You need to choose "The Bridge" arena. Then use any character and jump over the bridge. This will give you a fast winning that can be repeat choosing "Try again" after the fight. Every 10 winnings will unlock a character or an arena.
