To get Ztar's Beach Volley Folley, you have to complete all 10 Minigames - the 6 you start with and the following 4 unlockables...
1) Goomba Stomp: Play the Tree-Stomp Minigame
2) Jigsaw Jitters: Play the Photo Finsh Minigame
3) Challenge Booksquirm: Play the Booksquirm Minigame
4) Panic Panel: Play Panels of Doom on the Bowser's Gnarly Party Board
