You're actually playing Mario party 5 but whatever:
To beat "Nighmare Bowser" you have to avoid his "Meteor bombs". When they hit the ground they turn into small, black rocks. After 2, 3 or 4 bombs he will breath fire. This fire breath will (if it hits them) charge the rocks, turning them glowing white. Pick them up with "B" and wait for Bowser to prepare his "Shock quake" and jump over the wave while holding the rock. You can jump it with ease but you can't run to avoid it. All other rocks will disappear with the wave but the one you're holding will make it if you do. Just throw it in Bowsers face and repeat it four times.
