Huh? Adventure? Well, anyway, if you beat Battle Mode in Beach Volley Folley, then you can play as Toad in Free Mode, but only in Beach Volley Folley. However I have no clue what you're talking about when you say "hitting all the credits.' You might be thinking of Super Smash Bros. Melee or something.
