Once you get to the zookeeper they're will be a couple of security guards blocking your path to get to him, so don't try to pass them or you will get hit with a trankulizer dart. What you have to do is wait in one spot until you think he's going to shoot, you'll probablly hear him loading the gun right before he shoots. Then when you hear the sound dodge the dart. Once you dodge the dart head towards a trash can or cart and kick it towards one of the guards. Do the same thing until all of the security guards are vancuished. Keep in mind that the guards are NOT the zookeeper. Once all of the guards are gone wait until he shoots againg then head behind the haystacks where he is and immediately kick the cart next to him. There will be a scene. DON'T restart the mission or turn the game off when you see him dodge the cart. He will eventually be defeated in the cut scene so you don't have to worry.
