I have already beaten the first mansion. Now, on Proffesor Gadds menu it has THE MANSION and THE HIDDEN MANSION. I have gone to both mansions and they still look the same. What are the differences between the two mansions?

The differences are very subtle and not very noticeable; the Ghosts are harder to capture and the Vacuum sucks up the Ghosts faster (kind of contradictory)...
In the Hidden Mansion, the ghosts are faster, get away faster, more sensitive to the light so they disappear faster, have to be closer to them so they don't disappear, etc., but you vacuum has 1.5 times the suction power. For example, while a regular mansion battle with Neville (the first gallery ghost) may take around twelve and a half seconds if you do it correctly, in the Hidden Mansion it may take only five and a half.
Ghosts are harder to catch, The ghosts do more damage than normal, and the vaccum sucks up ghosts quicker
