Question for Luigis Mansion

How do you get to the third floor? Please take me at least 2 steps back so I know I've gone far enough. Thanks.

Once you catch the Twins in the Room where you spin the Helicopters around on the ceiling, open the Chest to get Mario's Shoe and capture the Boo, then take his Shoe to the Fortune Teller. This should be your last Item to give to her, so when she's done talking, she will ask you to return her to her Painting. Once you suck her up, open the Chest and get the Key that unlocks a Room on the 3rd Floor, now get the Boo and then go to the 3rd Floor. To get there, go to the end of the Hallway on the 2nd Floor...
