Where do I find the key to the twins room.?

In Nans room you beat her and get a key in the chest.

Go into Nana's Room (2nd Floor). After you beat Nana, open the chest that appears. That opens the Twins' Room. By the way, if you need any help defeating Nana, just: 1. Shake the table that has the knitting balls. 2.Pick up one of the knitting balls. She will circling around the room with her rocking chair. 3. Throw the knitting balls at her with the Polergust 3000. 4. Repeat until her heart shows. NOTE: If you wait to long to hit her, she will disappear and you will have to exit and re-enter the room and start all over again.

Just beat Nana on the second floor! Here's how to get there, from the foyer, go into that hallway on the first floor. Go right, then up, then left, then up again. Go in the courtyard and go across to the rec room. Exit the rec room with the door on the other side. Go upstairs then keep going left. Then up. (watch out for red ghost.) go in the door on the right. Now shake the table with a bowl of balls of yarn. Suck up a yarn with the Poltergust 3000 and Nana will start circling on her rocking chair. Shoot the ball at her. Keep doing this to her until she is dizzy and her heart appears. (p.s. Watch out for her buttets when you have a yarn ball.) If you miss her once she'll do a creepy laugh and disappear. Go outside and come back in if this happens. If your trying to suck her up but she escapes, don't go outside then back in. Just wait a few seconds and she will appear aging dizzy. A chest will appear when you catch her. Open it and grab the key to the twins room.

You won't get the key to the twins room until you make it to the third area. In the theater room next to the billiards room in the second area is where you will get the key.
