Go in the unlocked door. (storage room.) and catch the ghosts. Then push the button on the wall you can't see. The left wall moves. Suck up the "danger"sheet and push that button. After that long talk with E. Gadd when releasing the boos, go around the rooms and catch five of them. Then go in the washroom and gt the key out of the toilet.

You have to find the secret in the room behind the ballroom to advance further. If you look in the mirror, there is a button on the opposite wall which can be pressed.
