When bowser throws those spikey spheres at you, you suck them up with your vaccum and then shoot them at bowsers head. His head will come off and boo will come out and you vaccum him up. It may take a couple of try's, because king boo has 300 health points.

Wait until bowser throws his spike ball trio, grab one using your poltergust 3000 and when he crouches to spit fire or to eat you, throw it to his head. It will fall off and king boo will come out the robot bowser. Bring it's life down by vaccuming it, and be careful with the floating bowser head! Hope this helps and good luck!
