I think you mean the running bird.Okay so you can capture it with the Capture Throw L+A,B,Y, or X. If it isn't L try R ( one of them is Discard so don't use any important cards). I am almost positive that the snow goose transforms into the gold running bird (f.y.i.the snow goose is blue).

I found the golden goose card in Yyprek Mines. Go straight when you first enter the level. At that first cart take a right that only leads to ice but the card is there. It's in the big ice formation with little ice spikes around it. You'll have to get into a battle to break the ice.
The card is weird...why would they make a completely useless card...?

You can get the golden goose in a capture throw at the church or in the mines and rayku2 is so wrong the running bird is not it it is a golden goose and there is no snow goose it is a water bird and it heals 100% health and NO sutch thing as a gold running bird it is a golden goose and capture throw is L R is discard
