I think you mean the [Running Bird].
Yeah, those birds are a pain to capture because they run fast.
Faster, though with Running Birds effect. I think you can buy that card at the Apothecary.
Otherwise, you'd be better off trying to kill the Bird.

Beat the god of destruction then they'll be easier to catch. I've done it myself. But don't get your hopes up god of destruction is just about impossible to beat. I beat him with one card and one health left.
