Its actually really interesting, I got stuck on that for quite awhile too until I found out how to completely by accident, (isn't it funny how most things end up ending that way?) ya know that area where you have to use the Force to get to where that one Security Droid is standing guard over two pilots? Well this can only be done in freeplay mode where you have a Hyperjump character, (it's easiest with a double-jump hyperjump charcter, like Jarr-Jarr or Grievous, I perfer Grievous myself, but hey, thats just me) beat the idiot droid and doublejump forward and to the right onto the platform, keep going right and you should end up on said platform right in front of that elusive Mini-Kit piece.
