You have to do city mode and find the 3 parts of hydra and dragon around the city

Not quite if you just wunna use them for that city trial yes otherwise though if you wunna use it them in free run etc you need to find all 3 pices in the boxs where you check stuff off aight? Once you ifnds all 3 pices then you haveunlocked htem personally I havew 3 dargoon parts but only 2 hydra I can't get the last 1
Here's hoe to get them in Free Run:
Dragoon:
Fly over 1300 ft. In Air Glider.
Stay in the air 10 seconds in High Jump.
Fly through 5 rings in one game.
Hydra:
Destroy all the houses in one game.
KO 1500 enemies total in Kirby Melee.
KO 150 enemies total in Destruction Derby.
