I know that somehow I have to get the light to aim at the crystal but how do I do it are the things that you have to turn, to they turn in a certain order how do I move the light to shine on the crystal and what do I do to the mirrors?

Tap the part where you see the lens reflecting the light. A zoom-in window should pop up. Tap and hold the lens part and twist the lens around till the light shines over the dragon on the wall. If you aim it properly the dragon should blow flames. All you need to do is drag the sun into the flames until it's hot!
