1. I have 44 notes & Ellen has 8 hearts why doesn't the bird come?
2. How do you get Lyla? I did the festival.
3. How do you get the lv.3 house & how much does it cost.

1) You need a big bed. Befriend Woody to at least 1 heart. Woody likes moonstone and branches. (Answering my own question)
2) You must ship lots of flowers, blue berries and at least 10 good clay. The good clay is found on the second level of the moonlight mine. Dig with a hoe. 3) Befriend Woody to one heart too. It should cost 8000G and 40 pieces of lumber.
