Just plant the crop that ships the most for that season in large quantities. Winter is a big money maker for all the mining you can do.
Buy a bell pepper at the spring farm and put it in your frying pan. It will sell for 310g when you paid 135 for it.
BREADFRUIT! During th Sprinf Plant LOADS of them. They sell for 300 each...And out get them once every 2 days... If you plant alot you can get lot of money off of them. ;] Hope I Helped!
Collect coral off the beach and take it to the blacksmiths shop and make the coral ring it sells for 1000 something.
