If youre already friends with the sciene guy, talk to the weird abdomenal snowman by the spring in the winter and befriend him
You can get a lizard. YAY!
I don't know if you can actually get the turtle, but you have to befriend Cody, not Daryl.
The Ledger is in your Food Storage room. Near the right-hand side of the building when you go in you'll see a box. Press A in front of the box.
