Can someone tell me how can I get all the different food types? (dessert,`entree,appetizer,exetera)

Cook 32 salads or soups (plant 32 turnips and use 1 a piece for a salad)

All you really need to do to get those cooking options is to cook frequently. If you do that, when you go to cook one time, they'll just be on the menu thing.That's how I got them. Happy cooking!
If you get Ruby's Spice, make anything (salad, soup, whatever) with 1 Ruby's Spice being the only ingredient and you'll create another Ruby's Spice. (Don't worry... If you don't already know, it has unlimited uses.) If you do this about 100-200 times, most of the other options open up. After about 200-300 times, you get Entrees as well. Plus you can sell your extra Ruby's Spices (BE SURE YOU SAVE AT LEAST ONE) for 10G apiece for a lil easy money.
