Tartan is a two headed talking plant, you can hybred your plants/seeds with him.
on year on of happy birthday in the summer after 5 O'clock watch for when takararura gos into his house, follow him in and there will be a movie and you will be asked if you want to keep tartan, say yes.
Tartan loves to talk, once you start talking he will keep talking to you about silly things untill you tell him to stop. (laugh out lould)
