What is the heart channel for in Harvest Moon : Another Wonderful Life????

The heart channel on the television is used as a horoscope channel. It doesn't seem to apply to the game unless you follow it, just as in real life. If you choose to do what they say on the channel, it may or may not affect the game in any way. As for me, I follow it when I find there's nothing to do.
Its actually useful for when you go fishing, if it says you'll have a bad day then you won't catch many fish and if you do they're not worth much, a normal day is normal fishing, and a lucky day is lots of fish and a higher chance of catching rare fish. At least thats the resemblance I noticed. Remember the longer you wait with your bober in the water the better the fish will be.
