I am trying to marry Marlin, but Rock seems to like me. I am at the 5th day of Winter, and Marlin still won't get four hearts. No cheats, please. I am trying to either have him have four hearts, or lower Rock's hearts so Marlin proposes.

If you see a heart event of Rock's, be mean and avoid him and don't give him anything. It worked for me and I married Marlin
You have to go through all of marlins heart scenes if you didnt it wont work
Marlin's hearts will go up if you give him presents that he likes (hint: he's a farmer, and often complains of being unwell. His hobbies are "drinking". ) every day.
But you also have to trigger his heart events. Without giving you cheats, just try to visit him at different hours every day, especially sunny days.
