4th and 5th Building

I know in the beginning of the game, you start with being able to buy 3 buildings. But if you look in assets there are FIVE question marks. What are the 4th and 5th buildings?

I wondered the same thing and I just found out. The other two buildings are a chicken coop which you can only get if you have A LOT of chickens. One day Takakura will come up to you and ask you if you want him to build an extra area for you chickens. The other building is an extra field to grow your crops. It is VERY fertile and will be the best field to grow your crops on. To get that you have to be on a certain chapter or something.....

that secret building that u cant get in is the place he puts the chicken coop

in chapter 2 or later, during winter, if you have given Takakura many homemade meals, then he should introduce you to the 2 headed plant, Tartan, at some point. Tartan will offer you the most fertile field.

all the buildings are:
"your house,
food processing room,
seed maker,
milking room,
chicken yard,
tool shed,
food storage,
chicken coop,
barn,
pond,
dog house,
great field" (most fertile one)

I got the great field in chapter two. I randomly talked to Takakura and he said I could order it if I wanted to. It was during nighttime (or evening, whenever it's the latest he can go into the shipping room) and he was about to walk into the shipping room.

I got it in early chapter two too. Talked to Takakura when he is at the nina's grave in the morning and told the same way like you said
